Sports galore yesterday at Rutgers University’s Adaptive Sports Day!

The day kicked off with panels featuring adaptive athletes sharing their experiences, including our very own Marley! In the afternoon, we headed to the gym for demonstrations of all kinds of adaptive sports, including power soccer, power hockey, volt hockey, and more!

Our pals from the Philadelphia Flyers PowerPlay even recruited Marley to join their power hockey demo with a few volt hockey chairs thrown into the mix! Marley scored her first power hockey goal, and there’s a chance we might have stolen one of the Flyers PowerPlay athletes after trying volt hockey!

Thank you to Rutgers for hosting such a great event and giving us the opportunity to introduce more people to volt hockey. We loved reconnecting with familiar faces, meeting new folks, and getting to experience so many different adaptive sports!
