The USVHA recently headed north to Portland, Maine for a volt hockey demonstration at the University of New England, in partnership with Maine Adaptive! USVHA representatives and athletes from the Boston Whiplash spent the day introducing the sport to people with disabilities, UNE physical therapy and occupational therapy students and faculty, and members of the Maine Adaptive community. And, of course, plenty of people got the chance to hop into a chair and try volt hockey for themselves....
